This plan allows you to split your payment over three key stages of the production process, providing you with updates and peace of mind along the way.
1. Deposit: Order & Design Confirmation
- Payment: Made at checkout to begin the process.
- Early Bird Offer: For a limited time, customers who secure their order early may qualify for a 5-10% discount on their final payment. This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis.*
- Next Steps: Our team will contact you to confirm your body measurements and the size selection based on the style's size chart is correct.
- Updates: You will receive an initial progress update.
- Cancellation: Orders may be canceled for a full refund at this stage only.
2. Progress Payment: Production & Sample Review
- Timing: Due approximately 4 weeks after your first payment.
- Payment: Covers the continuation of production.
- Updates: You will see our design progress with chosen fabrics and a sample of the craftsmanship.
- Policy: Please note, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after this payment is made.
3. Final Payment: Completion
- Timing: After your garment is finished.
- Payment: The final balance is due before shipment.
- Final Steps: We will send detailed photos of your finished product for your final review and approval. Once confirmed, we will calculate the standard shipping fees to your delivery address, though expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost if you require faster delivery. As soon as the shipping fees are settled, we will dispatch your order according to your preferred shipping method.
Remarks:
* The Early Bird Discount is a limited promotion. Eligibility is confirmed upon receipt of the first installment, and the discount will be automatically deducted from the total of your final (third) payment. Terms and availability are subject to change.

- Shipping cost is not included in the listing price. Once your order is complete, we will calculate the final shipping fees based on the actual weight and dimensions of the finished piece and guide you through the payment process. While we provide standard delivery as the default, expedited shipping is available at an extra cost if you have a specific deadline. Your costume will be dispatched via your preferred shipping method as soon as the delivery fees are settled.

- The 4-week timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on the style's complexity and production flow.

Here is how it works: If you are interested, put down a deposit of $20, and if we have more than 3 persons interested in this style, we will go ahead to make a sample costume. But if we fail to meet the minimum persons requirement and decide not to go ahead, we will make a refund to you.
Special Discount: You will also receive a 50% early bird special discount on this style if we go ahead with the production.
Full Payment / Installment Payment: The final price will be worked out and released before we start production. If you decide to go with it, we will arrange for payment. If you want to withdraw, we will make you a refund of the deposit.
Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is not included in the listing price.
