Bringing Your Character to Life: Our Process
1. Share Your Vision Start by filling out our inquiry form with your project details. This is where you tell us about the character and any specific requirements you have in mind.
2. Expert Review & Quotation Once received, our team spends about a week reviewing your request. We look closely at fabric choices, technical difficulty, and the level of restoration required. If we can take on your project, we will send you a price quotation and an estimated production timeline. Please note that shipping costs are calculated separately once the final piece is completed.
3. Order Confirmation After you agree to the terms and the timeline, we will arrange for the initial payment. Shipping fees will be collected later, once the garment is finished and we have the exact weight of your package.
4. Production Begins Your project officially enters our workshop as soon as the initial payment is received. This is where our designers and tailors begin the hands-on work of crafting your costume.
5. Collaborative Crafting High-end restoration is a partnership. Throughout production, we will stay in close contact to confirm body measurements and other fine details. We will share photo updates of finished parts at different stages to ensure we are perfectly aligned with your vision. We ask that you remain available for communication during this time to keep the process moving smoothly.
6. Final Finishing & Delivery Payment Once your garment has passed our quality check and is fully finished, we will reach out to collect the final shipping payment.
7. Shipping & Transformation After the delivery payment is cleared, we ship your order out immediately. Your transformation is ready to begin.
For the perfect fit, simply follow the measuring points shown in the diagram. Keep the tape level and close to your body, without pulling it tight. Remember to stand naturally and breathe normally as you measure.
