All custom-made items are non-refundable. Rest assured, we will stay in close contact with customers to confirm body measurements and other fine details throughout production. We will share photo updates of finished parts at different stages to ensure we are perfectly aligned with your vision. 

For in-stock items, within 14 days upon receiving your item, you could return it for a refund of the item price. Shipping postage is not refundable. The returned item must be in its original new condition. Items that have been used or worn will not be accepted for any refund. There is a 20% restocking fee of the item price for any returned item. Please note that you must contact us by email prior to sending back your item and we will provide you with a return address. We will not issue refund without any prior notice
