1. First Installment: Order & Design Confirmation

• Early Bird Offer: For a limited time, customers who secure their order early may qualify for a 5-10% discount on their final payment. This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis.*
• Next Steps: Our team will contact you to confirm your body measurements and the size selection based on the style's size chart is correct.
• Updates: You will receive an initial progress update.
• Cancellation: Orders may be canceled for a full refund at this stage only.

2. Second Installment: Production & Sample Review

• Timing: Due approximately 4 weeks after your first payment.
• Payment: Covers the continuation of production plus an estimated shipping fee.*
• Updates: You will see our design progress with chosen fabrics and a sample of the craftsmanship.
• Policy: Please note, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after this payment is made.

3. Final Installment: Completion & Shipping

• Timing: After your garment is finished.
• Payment: The final balance is due before shipment.
• Final Steps: We will share photos of the completed product for your approval. Once confirmed, we will ship your order to you.
